Textured Walls

All of sudden around South Florida, walls are no longer bland. They are no longer white and flat. But rather different colors and most recently – textured.

Have you seen many of the self-service yogurt shops? Their walls are about as exciting as wrapping paper. It’s become part of the marketing, part of the atmosphere, part of the way businesses are differentiating themselves…especially when everything else feels like more of the same.

Well – add doctors offices to the list. Prop Creations of South Florida was recently hired to texturize the walls of a Deerfield Beach based chiropractor. The walls will look and feel like an ancient, knobby tree or the rippled waves of a lake. We’re definitely excited to see the end results and the feedback of patients…but until then, here’s a sneak peek!

What do you think they look like? And what types of businesses do you think should try the “textured environment” concept next?
